2023 Annual Banquet Fundraiser

Each year the Women’s Resource Center holds a fundraising banquet which sustains our ministry throughout the following year. We are excited to be able to resume our in person banquet this year after a short break due to Covid.
Our speaker, Sarah Rice, is a pastor's wife and mother of four boys. She holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and is the author of Tracing Glory: The Christmas Story Through the Bible, an advent reading for families as well as a forthcoming book on gospel identity for women.
Sarah and her husband Adam adopted their fourth son Cameron after privately fostering him for almost two years. The details of how Cameron ended up in their home are part of a story only God could write, and this story involves the faithful work of volunteers at a pregnancy resource center, one of whom is Sarah's mother.
Sarah loves to tell this story to encourage individuals and churches to get involved in the important work of foster care and adoption, as well as to support the vitally important work of pregnancy resource centers in the fight for life.
